Summer KickstART for Resident Children
young white child experimenting with brightly colored paints Starting July 1, RUPCO is hosting two creative programs for resident children. Lace Mill Kids is open to children ages 3-5 who live at the midtown Kingston community. The program meets Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to noon. A second program, Woodstock Commons Kids, is geared towards children ages 5-13 who live at the intergenerational campus. This session meets from 2-5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Summer Program Coordinator Jara Childs oversees both free programs which run four weeks through the end of July. Online Orientation Videos for First-time Homebuyers

No need to find a babysitter, take a night off work, or wrestle your partner to another meeting. RUPCO now offers first-time homebuyers the ease and convenience of taking our one-hour in-person orientation class ONLINE. That's right, watch the six short videos, 35 minutes total, at home, at the bus stop, or on your lunch hour. When you're done, simply contact our HomeOwnership Center to get started on your journey to owning your own home. Register for access to the online orientation video series here or call the HomeOwnership Center at (845) 331-9860 to attend the one-hour in-person orientation (to be held on July 6 and again on July 18).
Sip & Paint Fundraiser Benefits Kids Art

Interested in supporting the children's summer art programs mentioned above? First, donate art materials or sponsorship checks to cover supplies. Second, bring a friend to Red Lobster on Thursday night and "sip & paint" a donation into play. Store Manager Allison Broker is throwing a Vine VanGogh fundraiser for RUPCO and you're invited. If you like to paint (or have no talent whatsoever), come by for a glass of wine (or seltzer) and give it a whirl.
