Last Day to Order Official Relay For Life Southlake T-Shirt
Carroll ISD announces this year’s “Paint the Town Purple” T-shirt is available for purchase online. A portion of the donation will cover the cost of the shirt; the remaining money will be donated to Relay for Life Southlake. Carroll ISD teachers and staff will be allowed to wear this shirt on Thursdays in May with jeans. Order by April 23 and pick up Tuesday, May 6 at the Administration Building. Click here for more information and to place an order.

It’s Not Too Late to Join a Team or Start a New One!
Over 40 teams have already signed up for this year’s Relay and you can too! Visit http://www.relayforlife.org/southlaketx to register your team or join an existing one. The last day for teams to submit their $50 commitment is Friday, April 24 in order to receive a Relay For Life Southlake T-shirt. Teams can still participate after that date but will not be eligible to receive a souvenir event T-shirt.

Do you know a cancer survivor or someone who lost the battle to cancer? Would you like to include their photo in our video? Email their photo to slrelaypics@gmail.com. Please include the full name of the person in a photograph and how the photo should be listed... "In Honor Of" or "In Memory Of."

Important Relay Event Dates
The last Team Captain meeting for this year’s Relay For Life Southlake will be Wednesday, May 13 at the CISD Administration Center from 6-7 p.m. Bank Day is Tuesday, May 26 at the Carroll ISD Administration Center from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. and again from 4-7 p.m. Teams can submit donations and pick up team site locations, parking pass and t-shirts. There will be no overnight camping at this year’s Relay, Teamsite set-up will be Thursday, May 28 from 5-8 p.m. and again on Friday, May 29 from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Get Involved at Relay For Life Southlake, May 29
Committee members have been busy planning this year’s Relay for Life Southlake scheduled for Friday, May 29 at Carroll High School. This is the sixth year for Relay For Life Southlake and participants are on track to raise one million dollars since Relay began in Southlake. Relay will get underway around 4 p.m. with games, booths and food. Opening Ceremonies will start at 6 p.m. This year’s event will end at midnight. Local Restaurants Host Relay Fundraisers
The Southlake restaurant community is coming together to help Relay For Life raise funds for the American Cancer Society! Take a night off from cooking and visit Fish City Grill on Tuesday, May 5. The restaurant pledged to donate 15% of total sales for the day to Relay For Life Southlake. Click here for a menu. Bolo Italian Grill and Chick-fil-A have already hosted fundraisers.

You’re Invited to Relay For Life Southlake Community Kickoff Event
Make plans to join us for a celebration of the return of Relay For Life Southlake! A Community Kickoff Event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6 from 5:30- 8 p.m. at Timarron Country Club. The event will feature a Cinco de Mayo theme. Guests can enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to discover more information about our upcoming event. Guests are requested to bring a donated item of $50 minimum value for the Relay Silent Auction. Relay For Life Southlake will be Friday, May 29 at Carroll High School.
