Schools Pay Tribute to Carroll Sophomore
Carroll ISD schools, students and staff paid tribute today to Carroll sophomore Cole Malone, who passed away this week following an accident. The schools wore #CamoForCole to show support. Progression Art Show Coming to CSHS
The Carroll Senior High School Art Department announces a spring art show titled “Progression Show." The event opens Thursday, April 16 and runs through April 22 during normal school hours inside the Carroll Senior High Art Gallery. Campus visitors will need to check in at the front office.

CISD Students Performing During Book Fair Saturday at Barnes & Noble
Saturday from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. the Barnes & Noble in Southlake will feature musical performances all throughout the day at a benefit for the CISD PTO for Special Programs. In the morning you can enjoy CISD elementary school choirs with Carroll at 9:30 a.m., Old Union at 11 a.m., and Walnut Grove at 11:30 a.m. In the afternoon you will be entertained by an amazing group of soloists, including the following CISD students: Tori Tew, Marlee & Sydney Frazier, Lauren Henricksen, Ashley Bowman, Libby Serber, Alannah Bruce, Nicki Sue Green, Amanda Higginbotham and Taylor Needleman.
Dragon Youth Cheerleading Registration Underway
Dragon Youth Cheerleading (DYC) Registration for the fall season is now underway. If you have a child in kindergarten-6th grade for the 2015-2016 school year you can register them at either of our upcoming walk-up registrations to be held at Ivivva - located across the parking lot from Studio A Dance and The Art House - on Saturday, May 9 (9 a.m. -12 p.m.) or Saturday, June 13 (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.). Registration is $150 per cheerleader (price includes registration fees, T-shirt, and DYC cheer camp - price does not include uniform package or extra cheer items). Eubanks Celebration of the Fine Arts Night April 17
The 10th Annual Eubanks Celebration of the Fine Arts Night will be held Friday, April 17 from 6-8 p.m. Please join EIS to celebrate the many fine talents of students with an evening of student artwork, band and choir performances, and outstanding solos and small ensembles. The celebration is free and open to the public.
Lady Dragon Soccer Headed to Region I Tournament
The Carroll Lady Dragon soccer team defeated Byron Nelson 3-1 on Tuesday in a Class 6A Region I quarterfinal. Carroll advances to the region tournament and will face Lubbock Monterey on Friday. Read more about the game here.
Dragons Win DFW Chinese Bridge Speech and Talent Contest
Carroll junior Amanda Beeck is preparing for next round of competition after leading her classmates to victory at the DFW Chinese Bridge Speech and Talent Contest at UT Dallas recently. Beeck came in first, followed by sophomore Samuel Ortiz and junior Michael Johnston who placed second and third, respectively. The students competed against seven other schools in the area. Beeck will compete at the regional level this month.
What’s For Lunch Friday? Help Carroll Robotics; Eat at Which Wich
Southlake sandwich shop Which Wich is donating half of all proceeds from sales between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday, April 10 to the Carroll Robotics Team. The day-long fundraiser will help finance the team’s travel to a competition in Kentucky later this month. Just mention Carroll Robotics when placing your order. Southlake Women's Club School Supply Sale Coming Soon
The Southlake Women’s Club announces the return of the annual school supply sale for participating Carroll ISD campuses. The first day to place orders online will be Friday, May 1. The sale is a fundraiser and proceeds will be paid to participating schools. For complete information, including a link to make purchases, click here.
Register Your Team for Relay For Life 2015
Teams are forming now, visit http://www.relayforlife.org/southlaketx to register your team or join an existing one. The last day for teams to submit their $50 commitment is Friday, April 24. This year's Relay For Life will be held May 29.
