Carroll Sending Record 19 Odyssey of the Mind Teams to State
Carroll High School hosted the Odyssey of the Mind regional tournament last weekend and hosted 68 teams from North Texas. The top four teams in each problem and division advanced to the state tournament on April 11 in Houston. A record 19 teams from Carroll ISD are advancing. Emerald Belles, Officers Receive First Place in Dance Championship
Carroll’s award-winning Emerald Belles received first place awards in three categories at the MA Nationals Dance Competition recently in Fort Worth. Officers also received first place in three additional categories. The team received sixth place overall. Rockenbaugh Elementary Night at Dragon Baseball Game
The Dragon baseball team will recognize Rockenbaugh Elementary Tuesday at 7 p.m. when Carroll hosts Coppell in its District 7-6A opener at Dragon Field.

Dragon Debate Still On Top, Prepares for Spring Competitions
With the top Congressional Debate in the country on the Dragon Debate team, these students have traveled the country to compete against the best forensics students in both public and private schools. Dragon Baseball Opens District Play Tonight
The Carroll Dragons, who are 11-0, host rival Coppell tonight in the District 7-6A opener for the Dragons. The game starts at 7 p.m. at Dragon Field. Follow the Dragons live on Gamechanger or watch the live feed on Champion Sports Radio.
Carroll Soccer Playoff Doubleheader Thursday
The Carroll Lady Dragon and Dragon will play a Class 6A bi-district doubleheader Thursday at Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth. The Lady Dragons face Mansfield at 6 p.m. The Dragons meet South Grand Prairie at 7:45 p.m. Nolan HS is located at 4501 Bridge Street in Fort Worth.
Dyslexia Therapists Hosting Pizza Function
CHS and CSHS students in the dyslexia program are invited to attend a pizza and conversation lunch Friday, March 27. Report to the Guidance Office at CSHS and Room B105 at CHS.
Dragon Camps: Camp Invention Coming in June
Camp Invention will be held June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Carroll Middle School. The camp cost is $265. The camp offers many creative appliciations including engaging children in product-based, entrepreneurial thinking through video game design while considering user-friendliness, game-play operation, aesthetic appeal and functionality. Carroll ISD sponsor and premier lifestyle magazine Southlake Style is hosting the annual Best Mom Essay Contest for readers.
