Odyssey of the Mind Tourney Saturday at CHS
The North Texas Region Odyssey of the Mind Tournament will be held Saturday at CHS. A record 68 teams from across North Texas will compete, including 23 teams from Carroll. The event begins at 8:30 a.m.

Dragon Softball “Teal Out” Game Rescheduled
The Carroll Lady Dragon softball has rescheduled the annual “Teal Out” game for Friday, March 27. The Lady Dragons could not play tonight due to wet conditions. The JV game starts at 5:30 p.m. and the Varsity starts at 7:15 p.m. Both teams play Haltom. The cancer awareness game is in memory of Patti Walter, a team mom during the 2013 season who passed away last month. Help support the fight against the disease and help the Lady Dragons softball team raise money. The players will be raising money to throw a pie at CHS Principal P.J. Giamanco between games. The team will also host a bake sale and Grubbs Infiniti will donate $20 for every test drive.

School Board Meeting Monday

Dragon Soccer Hosts Senior Night Tonight
The Carroll Dragon soccer team, which has clinched a berth in the Class 6A playoffs, will host Senior Night tonight vs. L.D. Bell at Dragon Stadium at 7 p.m. The Lady Dragons play at Bedford's Pennington Field vs. L.D. Bell at 7:30 p.m.

Carroll Robotics Team Looking for Sponsors
The Carroll Senior High Robotics Team is looking for sponsors to help them attend the VEX World Championships in Louisville on April 15–18. The largest sponsor will receive naming rights for the robot. The sponsor’s name or logo will be displayed on the robot, which will be participating in matches that will be streamed live and viewed worldwide. Click here to find out more.

CHS/CSHS PTO Accepting Applications for Scholarship
The CHS/CSHS PTO is now accepting scholarship applications for graduating seniors. The application process involves an application, at least two teacher evaluations, transcripts, and a 200-250 word, typed narrative on post graduation goals. Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded and announced at the Senior Awards Ceremony on May 19. The deadline to submit an application to the guidance office at CSHS is Monday, April 27. Kindergarten Enrollment Packets Available April 1
Carroll ISD's enrollment packets for 2015-2016 kindergarten registration will be available online beginning April 1. Click here for all the kindergarten registration information and key dates.

Apply Now for CREW and Varsity Mascot Tryouts
Applications are being accepted through Friday, April 3 for students interested in being a member of CREW next school year. To be a member of CREW a student must be a senior during the 2015-2016 school year. To try out for Varsity Mascot a student must be a junior or a senior during the 2015-2016 school year. Applications are available at Carroll Senior High School in room 405, Mascot applications are also available in the front office at CSHS, and Carroll High School. Bob Jones Nature Center Green Fest March 28 in Town Square
This year's Bob Jones Nature Center Green Fest will be held Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. at Southlake Town Square. Children in kindergarten-6th grade can bring juice pouches to recycle and enter into a raffle for a new iPad. Click here for more Green Fest information.

Dragon Camps: Camp Invention Coming in June
Camp Invention will be held June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Carroll Middle School. The camp cost is $265. The camp offers many creative appliciations including engaging children in product-based, entrepreneurial thinking through video game design while considering user-friendliness, game-play operation, aesthetic appeal and functionality. Carroll Soccer Playoff Games Set
The Carroll Lady Dragon and Dragon soccer teams are headed to the state playoffs. The teams will play a Class 6A bi-district doubleheader next Thursday, March 26 at Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth. The Lady Dragons face Mansfield at 6 p.m. The Dragons meet South Grand Prairie at 7:45 p.m. Nolan HS is located at 4501 Bridge Street in Fort Worth.

Register Your Team for Relay For Life Southake
Teams are forming now, visit http://www.relayforlife.org/southlaketx to register your team or join an existing one. The last day for teams to submit their $50 commitment is Friday, April 24. Relay will be Friday, May 29 at Carroll High School located at 800 White Chapel Boulevard in Southlake. Relay will not be an all-night event this year. Relay For Life Southlake 2015 will be from 6 p.m.- 12 a.m. with entertainment starting at 4:30 p.m. This is the sixth year Carroll ISD, the American Cancer Society and the Southlake Community have come together to raise awareness and funds to fight cancer.

Next SPARK Meeting March 30: Youth Injuries
SPARK will host its rescheduled meeting Monday, March 30 from 7:30-9 p.m. at the Carroll High School lecture room. Adults and teens are invited to attend. The meeting will discuss youth injuries, the signs of overuse and what you need to know about concussions.
