About the Speaker(s):
Dustin MacFarlane
Dustin MacFarlane began his career in the Long-Term care industry. As he traveled among skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Northern California and the Central Valley, he began to understand concerns the elderly face when considering long term health care. Questions such as "Can I stay at home?", "What level of care do I need?", and "How am I going to pay for this?" were common.
As a Sacramento County estate planning lawyer, Dustin has made it his mission to help families find practical solutions to the concerns he first heard when working with healthcare facilities. His clients range from the newly married and young families to individuals deep into retirement and facing more severe health issues. He recognizes families often endure most of the stress when providing support for their elderly loved ones.
