In todays market, small and midsize companies are challanged to stay competitive at a higher level.  To those who wish to grow their business, it offers a plethora of opportunities to reach new clients. But on the practical side, who's going to write all those press releases, create the specialized e-mail lists, and upload the property photos? Although technology has made it easier to market more properties to a wider audience through various channels, just handling these market duties takes time. Here at Fowler Commercial we have jsut the person to do so.

 

This month I would like to introduce you to Vicki Gledhill. Vicki joined us several years ago, coming from northern Colorado. Vicki worked her way up to manager of a successful hardware store in Craig Co. Needing a change Vicki came to Prescott Valley and joined us to be our advertising and marketing specialist. Her extensive background in marketing in the hardware business has been a great asset to us. Lately we,ve seen a raft of good economic data. Consumer confidence keeps going up. Retail sales are now at the best level since two years ago. Housing starts today came in at a four-year high, jumping 15% from the prior month to 872,000 starts. And if you look back since January, the S&P is now up over 16% year to date.

So how come we're not feeling it?
