Get ready for an interesting month!
What begins with the New Moon swells to the Full. Here are some things to consider when taking this Moon's Journey:
You might have thought we were done with children and the inner child, but we aren't! We are still trying to please the "Mother" and the world at the same time. It is a task that is often impossible, and surely brings tremendous, transformative power to bear on the inner self. There are lessons this month between spiritual innocence, which is very powerful, and the type of innocence which is vulnerable and easily led astray. We will feel the influence of other people strongly, and by our Virgo nature, we will want to please them, do everything right for them. So questions arise that we must be willing to face, lessons we must be ready to learn. |

New Moon In Virgo- Getting Something Big Done
-Elizabeth Erenberger | |
|
A Mathematical Equation for this Virgo new moon:
Confusion + Trust + Good Intentions =
Joyful Transformation As the new moon reflects to us the lessons of darkness and shadow; we are intrinsically challenged to bring balance into our lives by creating structure and order around us. |
|
Now is the time to reanalyze our old systems and routines and to rejuvenate the fluidity of our daily cycles.
As with all new moons it is a time to set goals for the moon cycle to come, but this particular new moon calls on us to solve a puzzle of some sort, or bring closure to something big which has until now remained looming in the background of our psyche.
Organization can make things flow easier and is often accompanied by mental clarity. See what you can do to increase the ease in your own life schedule, by discarding old ideas, thought patterns, and items, and efficiently organizing and prioritizing what is truly necessary at this time.

Title:
Love Unconditional
by Katherine Roberts
The Quote:
" On your quest to Wholeness,
If you are overwhelmed by the pain in your heart,
If you are unable to meet yourself with unconditional love,
I offer you my commitment to your awakening.
I give you my awakened heart.
May it hold you in love unconditional.
May it light the pathway to your True Self." -Katherine Roberts
"To me, Quan Yin is an excellent example of showing compassion without losing your own poise and falling into the mire holding others down. Really, we can't help anyone unless our compassion is tempered with strength in who we are, where we stand, and how we maintain that stance. Really, everyone is on a path that will bring them to the highest levels in the end, and any suffering along the way is only temporary. To show compassion and lend support, without falling from our own place on our path, is in my opinion, one of the most beautiful things we can do for another being." -Katherine Roberts

Ms. Christine Breese- Peaceful Warrior
-Elizabeth Erenberger
|
|

For those of you who are still unfamiliar, we would like to introduce you to our founder, Ms. Christine Breese.
Christine is a passionate and dynamic woman with a strong sense of knowing, and intrinsic creative flair. She created the University of Metaphysical Sciences program from the ground up by utilizing her vast network of spiritual knowledge, divine guidance and support persons.
In 2010, Christine made an exciting and adventurous move when she decided to expand the outreach of Wisdom of the Heart Church, and move forward with her vision of setting up a retreat center in Ecuador.
Christine and her partner, Bruce, began to build structures and nurture the land, holding faith that Gaia Sagrada would thrive and flourish. Today retreats are ongoing, and held in small groups on a monthly basis. Vegetarian cuisine, jacuzzi tub and sauna are just a few of the luxuries offered in this South American wilderness retreat.
Christine works directly with several of the local Shaman in Ecuador to provide a healing ceremonial experience for those who seek to become enlightened, find insight into life purpose, and heal the wounds of the human heart. The Gaia Sagrada experience is becoming well known today as an uplifting and inspiring personal journey where lifelong friendships are often made, rekindled, and tended too.
We would like to honor Christine in this special edition of our new moon newsletter and send prayers for her continued success and happiness as she helps to heal the hearts of those who find their way to this secret vortex of love and healing.

Student Poetry-

The Dance
Twilight time, the haze of mixed emotions
The breath slows, the heart stills
The mind settles
Into a groove of thoughtless wonder
Past dreams and the drama of tomorrow
The letting go of blood and bone
The shedding of a skin
To slip into something more comfortable
Endless sea of not forgotten faces
A fond embrace, a gentle touch
I search the crowd this night to see
Who will dance with me.
The Dance of a thousand ages
Familiar melody, ancient verse
Swept away and floating
Moving to an ancient rhythm
First one and then another
Place and people, motion and emotion
Reuniting and entwining
In geometric time
The Lessons acted out so well
We laugh, we cry
And reminisce
And vow next time to write a better play
Twilight time just before darkness
I drift away on memories of being free
And wonder this night
Who will dance with me

She is the One for whom the birds sing. Her womb births worlds untold Her hair is like the rivers, endlessly flowing. Her breath is the Four Winds. When She speaks, new universes unfurl.
Her favorite words are Love, Freedom and Joy. She wears peace like a halo.

Bear as Medicine
-Alecia Rostad
Bear stands to my left, walking side by side with me on my path.
Bear teaches me to be confident in the gifts I am here to share; to have a strong and grounded presence.
Bear teaches me that the answers I seek will reveal themselves in the silence and the dream time.
As I take time for introspection, solutions and pathways reveal themselves and I achieve the goals that I set out to accomplish.
With bear, I raise my arms to the sun and draw the energy in to my heart, ready to conquer a new day!
