From Fr John:
"I Want a New Life!"
(A sermon series, not a cry for help)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Worn down? Stuck in a rut? Tired of asking the same questions without getting new answers? Life feels like that sometimes - but it doesn't have to stay that way. After Easter, Jesus' disciples were still the same people in the same place; but because of the resurrection, things would never be the same. Like them, we can find a new life, too - if we know the path to take. Our Scripture readings through this Easter season show us five steps toward a resurrected life in the here and now. So join us for our next sermon series, "I Want a New Life!"
  • This Sunday, April 21: Give up control to find peace.
  • April 28: Give love to find love.
  • May 5: Seek healing to find healing.
  • May 12: Practice forgiveness to find forgiveness.
  • May 19: Speak of God to find God.
Praise:
