I'm not sure you have experienced this, but the past two weeks I have heard quite a few people say "I'm just not in the Christmas spirit this year." Those words always thrust me into the memory of one of my very first encounters with the Spirit of Christmas.  I was ten years old.

Posole Ole Fun Walk attendees spread holiday cheer to all!

The Posole Ole Fun Walk, which took place on December 5th, once again welcomed hundreds of walkers, pounds of posole, and an immeasurable amount of holiday cheer! The event raised almost $22,000, all of which goes to improve the quality of life of Special Olympics New Mexico athletes.

Have your art featured on this year's sponsor recognition plaques! Every year SONM makes plaques decorated with a piece of art made by one of our athletes to recognize our community partners. These plaques are a great way to show our community partners that SONM athletes are talented both on and off the playing field.
