Thoughts from Randy
Watch

In two days I will be flying to Los Angeles for the Special Olympics World Games.  More than 6,500 athletes from 165 countries will participate in 25 different sports, and they will compete with everything that is in them.  This will be my fifth World Games, and the best thing about it is that I am just going to watch - to sit in the stands, cheer loudly, and watch.

Almost 200 golfers support SONM athletes at 2015 Golf Classic!

Last Monday, July 13, golfers from the New Mexico community and beyond came together to raise almost $79,000 for Special Olympics New Mexico athletes and programs. The annual tournament was sold out with 48 teams participating, including five Special Olympics athletes!

Three teams finished at the forefront of the competition this year! Team McDonald's came in third place with a score of 60. Team Mass Mutual came in second place with a score of 59. Team Hudson/Cantrell came in first place with a score of 58.   Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you to all of the participants.

We would like to extend our gratitude to our sponsors who made this event possible: New Mexico Chevy Dealers, JM&A, Mark's Casa Auto Group, Mass Mutual Financial Group Southwest, Old Republic Title, McDonald's, ACC Health, and CARNM.
