Not long ago one of the women I work with shared  this quote with me - something that she had heard during a television interview.  It is the perfect quote with which to enter into 2014.  "In God's garden of grace even a broken tree can bear fruit."  

 
Poly Hockey just around the corner! 
 
The 2014 State Poly Hockey Championship is just about a month away! The competition will take place February 21-23 in Farmington at McGee Park! Registration deadlines for Poly Hockey this year are next week - January 22 for Areas 1, 2, and 5, and today for Area 4! Area Games are in two weeks, so we hope that everyone is geared up and ready for another great Hockey season! For more information, click HERE.

 Let me start by saying Happy New Year!!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to look back at the awesome year we had in 2013 and the forward steps we took:

In our 2012-2013 program, we focused in two areas - Infrastructure and in Leadership.  This involved an effort to establish agency coordinators through and activation process, and the addition of our central accounting system to better manage and process our funds raised for Special Olympics.  This has provided our chapter the capacity to grow...and growing we are!
