I'm excited to share with you that I will be teaching a weekly meditation class this summer at Bodywise Wellness Center in Newton!

Bodywise Wellness Center is a beautiful healing collective located at
1111 Washington Street, West Newton, MA 02465.

In this class, we will share meditations that facilitate relaxation, peace, and a sense of connection. The meditations we will practice can be used anywhere, in just a few minutes a day, to lead you to a more balanced life. We'll explore relaxing breathing techniques, lovingkindness meditation, guided visualization, chakra energy meditations, and more. No previous meditation experience necessary.

If you have not been to a class at Bodywise before, your first class is free! After that each class is $20 or purchase a 4 - class pass for $72.

For those coming by car, street parking is available or park right next door at Trader Joe's. Bodywise is also on a number of MBTA bus routes.
