Salon Khouri just sent $526 in gift cards to Danny and Eileen to help rebuild their Long Beach, NY home after being devastated from Hurricane Sandy. Thank you to everyone who donated. A special thanks to six year old, Jonah, who donated his entire piggy bank of $126 to the effort!
Homeless Animal Rescue Team
Thank you to everyone who donated $1, $3, or $5 at checkout for our January community giving to HART. We also donated 10% of all Wella product sales to HART in January.
Color for Hearts
We are bringing back our Color for Hearts campaign that we did for the first time ever last year. The month of February, Salon Khouri is donating $5 from EVERY hair color service to The American Heart Association. More women die each year from heart disease than all forms of cancer combined. Please read up on the warning signs of heart attack, stroke, and cardiac arrest. Please take care of your tickers -- and your ta tas!! Stay tuned for a special story on Facebook about our role model for this month! She underwent open heart surgery just six months ago and sent us a photo of herself working it on a treadmill! Truly inspiring!
