Series ESFX Electric Linear Slide

Series BCK2 Stretch Rod Cylinder

 

PHD is pleased to release the Series BCK2 Stretch Rod Cylinder for Blow Molding. The new Series BCK2 Cylinder expands our proven series of KronesŪ solutions.
 

Series BCK2 Stretch Rod Cylinders are available with a cylinder retract locking device for machine maintenance. Many newer Krones machines utilize a retract locking cylinder in the event of machine E-stop. This locking function is a benefit for machines that have automatic mold change capability, and provides convenience during manual rotation of the machine during service. 
 

The Series BCK2 builds on the robust Series BCK Cylinder with the additional feature of the retract lock.

Series JC1STP Switch Mounting Kit

 

PHD is pleased to release the JC1STP Teachable 2 Position Switch Mounting Kit for Series 8400 and Series 190/191 Grippers.

 

Mounting kits provide the switch plate with slots for either one or two Series JC1STP Switches to mount to the bottom surface of the grippers. Using two switches allows sensing of up to four jaw positions throughout the jaw travel. Since this accessory uses an existing switch ready option and only requires ordering the mounting plate and switches, it is very easy to apply.
 

Benefits include:

  • Lower cost for jaw position sensing - up to 50% less
  • Easy installation and set-up
  • Clean, compact, and easy retrofit
  • Available for all sizes of grippers
