 Making the Most of May     

There seems to be lots of themes running through May. This month we celebrate National Barbeque Month, National Hamburger Month, National Sweet Vadalia Onion Month, National Salad Month, National Salsa Month, and National Vinegar Month. Put those all together and you have yourself a party! Have your shindig the weeks of May 13th and you can add in American Craft Beer Week. Nothing beats a nice cold beer at a barbeque.

Of course, after all that fun - you might need a break. May also happens to be National Meditation Month.  It's also National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, as well as national Bike Month. So enjoy all the eatery of May - and then get out there and work it off. It's good to get ready because summer is coming!
