MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of three years custodial experience, preferably in a correctional facility, including one year experience at the supervisory level; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS OF THE WORK:
Good knowledge of janitorial and maintenance procedures
Good knowledge of the supplies, materials, methods and equipment used in custodial work
Some knowledge of the goals and objectives of a corrections facility for inmates
Ability to schedule, assign and inspect the work of inmates
Ability to maintain accurate records and schedules
Ability to give and receive oral and written directions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with inmates and other employees.

Job Duties: Drivers will assist Loaders, Packers and Helpers to efficiently and securely load everything from Girl Scout Cookies to household goods into trucks to be transported safely. Transporting the cargo to be delivered to a specific location and unloaded upon arrival. Processing the paperwork with the customer and assuring that good customer service was maintained throughout the entire process.
Job Requirements: Requires a valid and current Class A, Class B, Class C or Class D license with a good driving record. Must be insurable under the Employers insurance carrier. Requires being able to read and write. Requires skills to safely lift and move 50+ lbs. up and down stairs with assistance and hand trucks. Will work as a Storm Damage Inspector Inspecting residential and commercial properties after storms for damage caused by the storm.
Salary: Will start at $15 per hour and progress to a commission base.
Work Schedule: Will work flexible hours between 800 AM. until 6:00 PM.
Job Duties:
Will call on residential and commercial properties inspecting for storm damage and assessing the repair costs. Must be able to carry a ladder and climb on top of roofs and buildings by yourself to make assessments.
Job Requirements:
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Requires being able to speak English clearly. Must be able to lift ladders weighing in excess of 50 Lbs. Requires not being afraid of heights and climbing on top of roofs and structures. Requires a current, valid Driver's License and being insurable. Requires training to learn how to inspect roofs and structures and assess damage, create reports and have customer sign contract to effect repairs. We will train the employee to perform the inspection, create the reports, discuss the findings with the customer and close the sale for repairs.
