As a Project Manager, you will responsible for the supervision of healthcare security officers, Shift Supervisors and physical security of the site campus and its surrounding grounds. This position performs general security duties in the protection of persons and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules and regulations of the client. The individual in this position must be a strong leader who provides guidance to all reporting officers to enhance the security of the client's site. The individual in this position must also be proactive in assisting HR in recruiting qualified officers to fill openings. Role Responsibility: * Primary liaison between G4S and Client's senior management; oversee customer relations, ensure physical security surveys and post orders are updated regularly * General operations management; provide supervision to Shift Supervisors and Security Officers (e.g., implement standard security operations at the site, and ensure compliance through supervision), review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety * General training management; ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met, including maintaining required certifications and attending appropriate training * Ensure quality assurance and contract compliance and work to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patients, visitors and staff * General Human Resources management (indirect); coordinate and assist Human Resources personnel on recruiting efforts, including conducting active recruiting to fill open positions * Scheduling; creating, maintaining and communicating schedules to Officers, maintaining overtime to a preset requirement designated by G4S * Monitor attendance, tardiness, shift changes and overtime usage, reporting any concerns to management * Investigate and report suspicious situations, possible crimes and other violations to management and/or authorities, as warranted by the situation * Communicate using Secure TraxTM, two way radios, CCTV, telephones and computers * Escort and interact cordially with patients and/or facility staff, as needed * Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by supervisor
