Pull parts out of inventory from computer generated picking tickets, pack parts and ship to the customer. * Track and communicate shipments with transporting couriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX and airlines) to ensure safe and expedited delivery of all spares to and from our warehouse. * Receive purchase order packing lists and invoices from vendors into the Pentagon 2000 inventory system. * Function as the primary receiving inspector. * Receive and inspection of those parts: 1. Invoice those items with back orders, invoice and ship to appropriate customers. 2. If items are for inventory, put in appropriate location or assign new location. * Quote customer requests for pricing and delivery of spare parts via phone, fax and email as needed. * Arrange parts shelves and parts bins in a simple and workable manner. * Perform Monthly Cycle counts. * Maintain paperwork on MRO GSE / tooling per FAA guidelines. * Issue parts to MRO mechanics, when required. * Track quarantined items. * Assist with yearly inventory. * Keep warehouse neat and clean. * Assist in the outbound and inbound transportation of promotional material. * Assist Warehouse Supervisor with any and all matters in product support, spare parts warehouse and inventory issues that may arise. * Observe safety procedures and personnel policies. * Regular attendance required as outlined in company policy.
