Candidates must have excellent communication and sensitivity skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to lift 20 lbs on occasion, and a desire to help families with children.

The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel and Spa and the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel have an immediate need for Senior Maintenance Engineers. Primary responsibilities for these full-time positions:
- Ability to work flexible schedule (all 3 shifts).
- Comply w/local, county, state, and federal codes, laws, and requirements
- Expertise in hotel/life safety procedures (fire alarms, emergency generators, elevators, etc.)
- Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take corrective action
