  • Ability to work flexible schedule (all 3 shifts).
  • Comply w/local, county, state, and federal codes, laws, and requirements
  • Expertise in hotel/life safety procedures (fire alarms, emergency generators, elevators, etc.)
  • Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take corrective action
