Habitat for Humanity-
 Development Coordinator

Job Duties:

Implement HFHSWA short and long-term fundraising and marketing plans to meet ongoing operational needs including home sponsorship programs, planned giving, and other fundraising initiatives. * Develop and coordinate donor recognition programs. * Develop, coordinate, and oversee all direct donor mailings, appeal letters, newsletters, and donor enhancement mailings as needed. * Work directly with Development Director to leverage established relationships to cultivate new sources. * Solicit donors for in-kind support including building materials, office supplies, and administrative and professional services. * Serve as staff lead in fundraising events and activities and support fundraising components of other departmental programs. * Ensure donor database information is current and accurate. Provide monthly reports and analysis of all fundraising activities to Development Director. * Occasionally represent the organization on evenings and weekends as required for fundraising events. * Protect HFHSWA from Liability. * Coordinate and manage volunteers.

Specific Skill Requirements and Essential Job Functions:

Requires a Bachelor Degree and/or 3 years of sales, marketing or fundraising experience. Requires a background check and drug screen. Requires a current , valid Drivers License. Requires experience in non-profit fundraising. * Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to speak publicly in front of large corporate, civic, and church groups to solicit financial and volunteer labor donations. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and implement multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Command knowledge of web applications, Adobe Suites, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common non-profit database software. * Must have the ability to supervise and direct volunteers. * Needs to be knowledgeable in communications, social media, sales, and marketing. * Requires the flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends. * Requires a commitment to Habitat for Humanity's mission to serving others.

Vendor Relations Clerk

Oversees and maintains all vendors in respect to current information (general liability insurance, workman's compensation.) Will keep vendor list updated and recruit new vendors. Will answer phones, typing, and make calls.

Specific Skill Requirements and Essential Job Functions:
Requires at least two years of experience working in an office environment. Requires excellent typing and phone skills. Must be detail oriented. Requires some insurance background. Must work well with coworkers, contractors, and customers. Requires computer proficiency and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities Uses questioning and listening skills that support effective communications with customers in order to provide personalized customer service via telephone or in person. Investigates, evaluates and makes decisions on proper course of action required when processing customer requests. Enters data into the customer information system for the purpose of issuing orders to establish, discontinue or transfer service, taking appliance service requests and making changes to account information. Evaluates customer accounts and makes payment arrangements within guidelines set forth by the company. Researches and resolves questions and complaints concerning billing, payments or service rendered; modifies account information or issues requests to various departments to correct information. Responds to customer emergencies by issuing emergency orders or taking other appropriate action.

Specific Skill Requirements and Essential Job Functions:

High School Diploma Requires a minimum of 6 months to one year of related experience; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer service Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Ability ot obtain knowledge of company policies and procedures as pertain to areas of responsibility Ability to use general office equipment and general and specialized computer applications to manage information Ability to read, write and interpret work related documents Ability to use basic math skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers and supervisors Ability to communicate effectively and deal with unpleasant, angry or discourteous people in a professional manner Reasoning ability to carry out detailed instructions and problem solving Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a professional manner
