Forklift Operators

  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment 80% of specified shift.
  • Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
  • Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
  • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage. Report variances as necessary.
  • Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary.
  • Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Complete daily inspection of equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or customer.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year experience
  • Previous certification preferred
  • Pass Background Check

(CIE) Control Instrument Electrical

1 - Understand and comply with all plant safety rules.

2 - Troubleshoot electrical, instrument, electronic drive, and PLC and DCS systems for component or software failures and be able to correct.

3 - Must have a working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, VF Drives and Servos. GE Fanuc PLCs and Drives, Siemens drives and all associated software. Experience with Wonder ware In-Touch for operator interface is desired.

4 - Inspect and calibrate instrumentation to insure accuracy of equipment.

5 - Be knowledgeable and utilize test equipment such as pressure gauges, manometers, potentiometers, signal generators, pulse counters, oscilloscopes, ammeters, voltmeters, computers, etc. to troubleshoot defective components and repair.

5.5 - Knowledge of a factory production line and working with proxy switches, photo-eyes, pneumatic valves, level probes, and installing and wiring on 480v 3 phase motors (4160).

6 - Install power supply and signal wiring/cables, cable tray and conduit for new and existing machines, electrical equipment, instrumentation, distributive control systems, signal interface cabinets and telephone systems.

7 - Use hand tools, power tools, and electric / electronic test equipment safely to complete assigned tasks. Be competent in the use of proper and safe rigging and / or loading and unloading techniques for replacement of motors and other heavy electric and electronic equipment.

8 - Perform routine and non- routine housekeeping jobs to keep work area clean and safe.

9 - Gain a basic knowledge of the process involved on the production lines and Asphalt processing.

10 - Strong computer skills.

11 - Work with company's CMMS (Maximo) to write work orders and correct issues affecting equipment and personnel.

12 - Candidate has to be willing to work shift work with possible swing shift.

13 - Candidate must have dependable transportation.

14 - Candidate must be willing to cover call in during off hours if needed.

15 - Boiler experience is a plus.
