CSCVVSB Annual Holiday Celebration

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Annual CSCVVSB Holiday Party on December 13! Janet Fairbanks said on our Facebook page, "Had the best time, it's so nice to have your spirits lifted in times like this." We couldn't agree more!

Special thanks to Sue Lopez, Beatrice Verdi, Phil Kuchinka, and Kit Samson for providing beautiful music; Lori's Original Lemonade for the generous lemonade donation; and Vitello's Italian Trattoria for donating their delicious lasagna.
Leaving a Legacy: Deborah Peters

As a breast cancer survivor, Deborah Peters has a personal awareness of the journey taken by participants at the Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara. While dealing with her diagnosis, treatment and recovery, Deborah attended a support group at CSCVVSB facilitated by Joyce Boucher, LCSW, MFT. "Without the group I would have missed so much," says Deborah. "The shared experiences were invaluable and the people I met were amazing."
