On January 20, 2015, the International Institute opened its doors for services at its new campus at 3401 Arsenal St., near the corner of Arsenal and S. Grand Blvd. It was a joyous occasion as students and clients flooded in the doors of the new campus to delight in its wide and bright spaces.

Opening day at the Arsenal campus is the culmination of seven months of intensive work, involving Institute staff, Board and hundreds of volunteers who gave thousands of hours of sometimes back-breaking work. While a professional moving company transported most of the current furnishings, staff and volunteers boxed and unboxed literally thousands of containers.

On January 12 and 13, Joy Roller and Richard Konisiewicz of Global Cleveland visited St. Louis under the auspices of the Global Great Lakes Peer-to-Peer Learning Program. They were hosted by the St. Louis Mosaic Project and the International Institute.
