We're committed to bringing the best care to Northeast Georgia. That's why we've added a new physician group - HospitalMD - to assist our Emergency Department in providing faster access to lifesaving care. Our new team also provides hospitalist services, allowing patients with out-of-town physicians to be admitted and cared for at Elbert Memorial Hospital. Our new physicians will be on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - just another way we are working hard to provide better care to our community.

       September 2015

Help Elbert Memorial Hospital celebrate our 65th anniversary of providing health care for the people of Elbert County during this month of celebration, which also includes the 45th anniversary of the EMH Auxiliary and the 20th anniversary of the EMH Foundation.

See details about the special anniversary events below. As always, we thank you for your continued support of Elbert Memorial Hospital and Foundation.
September events to celebrate EMH anniversaries

Elbert Memorial Hospital has been providing healthcare in Elbert County and the surrounding areas for 65 years. Our Hospital touches hundreds of lives each and every day. We appreciate the confidence you have shown in our Hospital and Staff. We are proud to be a part of this community, and we look forward to continuing that commitment through our affiliation with AnMed Health.

Tickets may be purchased from any Auxiliary member or at the Auxiliary Information Desk in the Main Lobby of the Hospital. Two cupcakes will have a specially wrapped diamond in them, and some of the others will have specially wrapped colored stones in them.

On Thursday, Sept. 17, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Elbert Memorial Hospital will host the Elbert County Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours and Open House in the Main Lobby of the Hospital. We invite you to tour the Hospital and see the recent renovations and "Elbert Excellence" at its best.
