Question: I am 67, and my husband is 74. I was diagnosed with a mild form of remitting multiple sclerosis in 2010. My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2013 and is an insulin-dependent diabetic II. How do I keep from being over stressed? Question: Although I am in remission, I have a lack of stamina. Are there any things I can do aside from the normal -- get enough sleep, eat well, etc. -- to increase my stamina?

Can Do MS was honored to be the 2014 beneficiary of Beaver Creek's Cut & Slice Golf Event and Microbrew Festival.
It was an amazing weekend filled with great music, BBQ and beer! Through our partnership with Beaver Creek, we are pleased to report that we raised over $12,900.
Saturday's Microbrew Festival sold out with over 1,000 people in attendance. Monday's Cut & Slice Golf Event had a full course of golfers, BBQ and brews. We also hosted our first adaptive golf experience on Monday; click here to see how it went!
