Valarie Brunjes, 36, smiles as she recalls her experience with Can Do Multiple Sclerosis.

How can I easily make stretching a part of my daily routine? I benefit greatly from doing it, but I forget to incorporate it into my day. I am also active, finding it difficult to make the time for stretching. I would love to get it done in the morning, but I can't seem to incorporate it successfully into my routine.

13th Annual Winter Wine & Ski Expo
2013 Wrap Up!
On November 20th, the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada hosted the 13th annual Winter Wine & Ski Expo.
Participants enjoyed sampling wine, beer and food from local businesses with a winter fashion show hosted by Scheels.
There were over 550 people in attendance including some past CAN DO Program participants (bottom right picture)!
