Before attending our CAN DO® Program in 2008, Alice Plain was on the right path to living fully despite her recent diagnosis. She was the Head Pro at a local golf course, which is a very physically demanding profession.  Alice, who started her golf career in 1996, was diagnosed with MS in 2006.  After her diagnosis, Alice could have chosen to move on from her Head Pro position, but she didn't.  In fact, she did the opposite and found ways to increase her involvement with the Pro Golf Association (PGA). Melissa comes to us as a seasoned professional with nine years of experience in finance and accounting. She is excited to use her fiscal knowledge to help Can Do MS expand it's programming to a larger audience of people impacted by multiple sclerosis.  Melissa has lived in the Vail Valley for eight years, and loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible, usually accompanied by her dog, Maybelline.
