Happy Year of the Horse!  The new year starts with a sense of excitement.  According to Business Week, "the year of the horse is generally considered an auspicious time", and heralds "vigorous growth".

As we move into our second decade, we look forward to this being the case for our NW Bay Probus Club.

What NOT to Wear to a Nude Book Club Luncheon

Well, first you invite the author who would name his book about growing up in a family with a cabin in Desolation Sound:  Adventures in Solitude: What Not to Wear to a nude potluck and other stories from Desolation Sound. Then, you serve a yummy lunch.

Whisky Club Goes South
The Whisky Club moved to the U.S. for their January tasting and sampled two fine Kentucky Bourbons.

Joe Straka explained the difference in the composition of whisky's and bourbons and then club members found themselves quite surprised at the difference in two different samplings.
