I want to thank you so much for your support at the polls and tell you that I am honored to continue serving the residents of Ward 5. Thank you for your votes.
In addition, I wish to congratulate the other victors from Tuesday's election on their success, and also the challengers for running substantial campaigns. This City is fortunate to have all of those individuals who are so passionate about it.
The City has many important issues before it. I believe that I have contributed in a positive way to the deliberations on issues such as City Dock redevelopment, the budget, school capacity, and more. I look forward to more thoughtful consideration of the issues that affect Ward 5 and all City residents.
Annapolis remains a destination City. It has charm, remarkable volunteerism, and legions of residents who are genuinely in love with this town. I am one of them and I pledge to you to do the very best that I can as Alderman of Ward 5.
