With an eye to the future, Santa Clara baseball introduces Rory Graf-Brennen of Ballard High School in Seattle Washington.
"I chose Santa Clara University because I will play for a great baseball team with a really good coaching staff and at the same time get a very high level of education," said Graf-Brennen. "I really like that Santa Clara is sincerely committed to having the athletes graduate, not just win, and coach Dan O'Brien has a player graduation rate that is off the charts."

RD Academy at Santa Clara University is hosting their second winter high school showcase camp on January 12-13, 2013 at Stephen Schott Stadium. The two-day camp is geared towards high school players who want to play collegiate and professional baseball. The camp includes drills, competitions, batting practice, evaluations, a campus tour, a recruiting seminar and live games.
"This a chance for high school players to showcase their skills, improve their play, recieve top level instruction from college coaches, and compete against some of the best high school players in the area," said Head Coach Dan O'Brien.
