This week's weather events present a most opportune time to discuss inclement weather.  As always, Birmingham City Schools remains focused on its core business of teaching and learning.  Nevertheless, we realize the place that safety holds in this process and is the foremost consideration as we face the threat of inclement weather, and the decision to delay or close schools.
