EPA Releases Final NSPS Storage Vessel Rule

The Appalachian Wildlife Foundation The Appalachian Wildlife Foundation, a 501-c-3, wildlife conservation organization, is leading a collaborative effort with the Kentucky Coal Association, the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR), and landowners to develop a Candidate Conservation Agreement with Assurances (CCAA) for the Kentucky Arrow Darter (KAD).
