It's been an honor and a great experience serving as KOGA's Board President for the past year. We've accomplished an incredible amount. We've implemented a new set of bylaws, hired a new Executive Director, passed a CNG incentive bill during the 2013 Kentucky General Assembly and had some of our best membership meetings in years at Jenny Wiley and Northern Kentucky.Read More...

EPA Releases Final NSPS Storage Vessel Rule  

The EPA released its final NSPS Storage Vessel Rule this week.  KOGA will continue to discuss this with our partners to determine how best to proceed.

The Appalachian Wildlife Foundation, a 501-c-3, wildlife conservation organization, is leading a collaborative effort with the Kentucky Coal Association, the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR), and landowners to develop a Candidate Conservation Agreement with Assurances (CCAA) for the Kentucky Arrow Darter (KAD).
