Beach Litter Clean Up
We love our beaches and they need our attention to stay safe and attractive places to visit. Upcoming opportunities for beach cleanup are being sponsored by WSU Extension at Keystone Spit East State Park on Friday, January 30th from 9-11 am and on Friday February 6th at Ebey's Landing National Reserve from 11-1 pm.
This is a great way to give back to the community, help restore habitat and have fun on the beach with your neighbors.
Contact Stinger at least two days before the cleanup so he can expect you and notify you if there is a cancellation in the schedule. All bags, gloves and equipment is provided. Wear appropriate clothing. If you don't have a Discover Pass, a one-day volunteer pass is available.
