The City of Kalispell owns the Conrad Mansion Museum but we do not receive any assistance to operate the Mansion.
Here's a sampling of the average annual expenses at the Mansion that your support helps to fund.
Water to keep the grounds looking beautiful, $2,100; Gas to keep the Mansion warm, $5,000; Electric to keep the lights on, $2,600; Telephone & Internet to communicate, $3,500; Insurance to protect the Mansion, Staff & Directors, $6,762.

Hello from the Mansion!
There are only a few days left to enjoy a standard guided tour at the Mansion until next spring. Our regular season concludes on Sunday, October 14th with our last tour at 4pm.
In the next couple weeks, we'll be preparing for Mrs. Conrad's favorite time of year - Christmas! There are many opportunities to see the Mansion beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Details of all the upcoming Christmas events are included in this newsletter.
It's also time to become a member if you're not already. Memberships purchased or renewed between now and December 1st, 2012 will receive 2 months for Free. Memberships can be used for special ticket pricing and discounts in the gift shop. Click here for a membership application and start receiving benefits today!

Christmas at the Mansion
October 26, 27 & 28
It's time (yes, it really is!) to get in the holiday spirit - even if it's only for the weekend!
Join us on Friday night (Oct 26) for the Preview Party where you can enjoy the beautiful Christmas decor, sip champagne and feast on delicious appetizers while strolling throughout the rooms of the Mansion viewing wonderful craft and gift items. Early buying privileges is a bonus! Advanced tickets are required and available at the gift shop or by calling the Mansion at 406-755-2166. Preview party is $40 for members and $45 for non-members.
On Saturday & Sunday (Oct 27 & 28) come enjoy the Mansion while getting some early holiday shopping done. Only $5 at the door. Lunch is available for purchase on the porch throughout the weekend.

Christmas Tours
From November 23 until December 22, we are offering weekend tours at the Mansion. It's a wonderful opportunity to share the Christmas Spirit with friends and family.

Tours are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, $6 for students ages 12-17, and $4 for children 11 and under.

Saturday Christmas Tea & Tour
December 1, 8 & 15
Imagine spending a cold December afternoon at the Mansion sipping tea and enjoying delicious food then tour the beautiful house fully decorated for Christmas.
These special Tea & Tour events are only offered December 1, 8 & 15. Reservations are required in advance so please give us a call at 755-2166.
Tea & Tour is $25 per person.

Children's Christmas
Santa is coming to town and will be at the Conrad Mansion Museum on December 13th to meet with your children and hear their Christmas wishes.
This special event is cherished by all!
Be sure to call ahead for your reservation.
Tickets include a keepsake photograph, a short tour of the Mansion and a goodie bag for your child.
Prices are $10 for children and $5 for adults.
