Two 'wear green' days next week!

To help everyone enjoy the St. Patrick's Day spirit, we encourage all students to leave their uniforms at home on March 17th and 18th and wear GREEN! Of course, uniforms are always in style :)

New clothing labels provider through the School

We have a new label partner, Loveable Labels. There are physical samples of these GREAT new products on our school bulletin board; we also encourage you to tour through our school label site to see what's available and place your order. The quality and durability of these labels is much improved over our past provider! Don't forget, to prevent lost items, ALL clothing and shoes worn / left at school must have your child's first name in them. Access our site at http://www.aspenhill.lovablelabels.ca/ .

Our new website and website passwords

If you haven't had a chance to stop by yet, do visit www.aspenhillmontessori.ca ! We're excited by our new look and some improved features. If you see features or links that are not working, please e-mail our webmistress at cmcgavern@hotmail.ca , and she will look into it immediately. To access PayPal for fall core program fees, enter 'aspen2014'. To access PayPal for summer program fees, enter 'summer2014'. And, to access the Current Families section, enter 'aspen2014'. For your children's security, please do not pass on these passwords to families not yet accepted into our program.

PayPal now available for some School fees

PayPal is now available online for payment of core program fees for 2014 registration, for summer program registration, and for bi-annual or annual payments of tuition. If you do pay by PayPal, please make sure that the PayPal account is registered in a name that will be associated with one of the children in the school. In the 'notes' area of your PayPal entry, please enter the first and last name of the child that the payment should be applied to, OR send us an e-mail immediately after payment to aspenhillmontessori@gmail.com advising the amount of payment made and the student name that the payment should be applied to.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payment for month-to-month tuition or before / after school care. These payments are still required by post-dated cheque.

The password for 2014/2015 payments is 'aspen2014'. The password for summer program fees is 'summer2014'.

Please make appointments to speak with a teacher

If you need to speak to your child's teacher about their progress / a concern, or if you wish to speak to the school Directress Monique, please make an appointment through aspenhillmontessori@gmail.com. The e-mail is now monitored daily, so you can respect a response same-day. Making an appointment ensures that our attention remains focused on your child :) We appreciate your help!

New ways to pay + drop off forms / cheques

We now offer PayPal online to pay core program fees (those due at the start of the year) and summer program fees. See the new item above for details on logging in through our website. If you are bringing forms and cheques to the school, please include them in a sealed envelope, and mark the envelope with your name, child's name, and the program / session that the forms or fees are for. You can now leave these in the drop box on the front table at the entrance to the school; we collect them daily. This ensures that our attention stays focused on your children. If you need to speak with someone before you drop items, please make an appointment through aspenhillmontessori@gmail.com .

Uniform store hours have changed

Our uniform partner, WearIt, announced a change in store hours. New hours are:

Tuesday 10-7

Wednesday 10-7

Thursday 10-7

Friday 10-4

Saturday 10-4
