Before & After Care 
Dear Aspen Hill Montessori Parents,


As most of you are already aware, effective September 2013 the Before and After Care Program fees changed from $5.00 to $8.00 per hour. We enjoy spending this extra time with your children and we are happy we can offer this program for your convenience.

Just a few gentle reminders regarding the Before and After Care Program...

* Before care drop off time is from 8:00am-8:45am.
* After care pick up time is from 3:30pm-5:00pm.
* We have provided sign in/out sheets that you are required to fill in for your child at pick up and/or drop off. If you cannot locate your form, or it is completely filled out, please advise the supervising teacher.
* We will be charging an additional fee of $2.00 per minute after 5:05pm.
* If you expect to be a few minutes late, please contact us at 403-246-2794 before 5pm. It is very important for your child to be dismissed with all other children. It is also important that our teachers finish their day in a timely manner.
* An invoice will be provided at the end of each month.
