Book Bags and School Work News: 

This week your children will be sent home with a special bag. This bag is a book bag. The books may simply be a fun book for parents to read at bedtime or it may be a book that the children can read to their parents.

The purpose of these books is to continue to expose the children to language. A language rich environment is necessary for positive language development and growth.

 Each week the book bags will go home on Monday or Tuesday depending on your child's schedule. We are asking that they be returned Thursday or Friday of that same week. We will replace the books and send them out again the following week.

The book bag will also contain all your child's work for the week. We will be collecting all their work during the week and sending it home within the book bags, all at once.  On a daily basis your child will not be bringing home their work.
