NEWS | SUNSET MAGAZINE | CLAREMONT TOP 5 - WEST'S BEST PLACES TO LIVE
Something we knew all along! Now everyone else knows! Sunset Magazines has pronounced Claremont as the Best Suburb and in the top five of places to live in the West. Featured, of course were the Claremont Colleges as well the unique Town & Gown synergy that exists in Claremont. Highlights in the article were the Packing House and the "gastropub" Back Abbey, both structures that Claremont Heritage helped save from the wrecking ball to be adaptively reused as vital community mainstays. Also featured was the Folk Music Center, a Claremont Heritage Cultural Heritage Awardee a few years back, as well as the impact on the arts (James Turrell Skyspace at Pomona College) and our close proximity to nature. It is nice to know that Claremont Matters to both residents and visitors alike! Pick up a copy today!
