QHA Facebook page to be eligible to enter
this monthly CQHA Notepad Contest. If you have already "liked"
our CQHA Facebook page (it has 3,800 fans to date), then you're
good to go. Or, just click the button below to "like" it now.
This month, we've simplified the contest entry process:
1. Look for the monthly contest question,
posted on our Facebook page (it should be right at the top of the Timeline).
2. Visit our
CQHA website to search for the answer to the question.
3. Stay on the CQHA website, and open the
contest entry form.
4. Type your answer on the form, and then hit "Submit", and you're done.
You may only submit
one entry per month (the questions will change each month).
But, you can enter once each month of 2016.
Submit entries by midnight of the last day of each month
(sorry, does not work using mobile phones, use a tablet or computer)
Multiple correct answers submitted will be pooled, a
winner will be randomly selected by CQHA each month and
the winner will be notified by email the following month.
Notepads will be mailed out to winners.
