What's the catch, you ask? Well, you just have to answer
a skill-testing question, posted on our Facebook page
each month, based on content which can be readily
found on our updated CQHA website.

You may only submit one entry per month
(the questions will change each month).
But, you can enter once every month of 2016.
Submit entries by midnight of the last day of each month
using our website's CQHA Notepad contest entry form.
(sorry, does not work using mobile phones, use a tablet or computer)

 Multiple correct answers submitted will be pooled, from which a
winner will be randomly selected by CQHA each month and
notified by email the following month.
Notepads will be mailed out to winners.
