Notice of 2015 Equine Canada Annual General Meeting
Ottawa, Ont. Feb. 11, 2015 -- Please be advised the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Equine Canada Membership will be held as follows:
Friday, March 27, 2015
8 a.m. to 10 a.m. EDT
Registration:
Thursday March 26, 2015, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. EDT
Friday March 27, 2015, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. EDT
Place:
Crowne Plaza Gatineau-Ottawa
2 Montcalm Street
Gatineau, QC
J8X 4B4
Attendance at this meeting is open to all members in good standing with Equine Canada.
The purpose will include:
- Adoption of Minutes of previous 2014 AGM
- Report from Audit Committee
- Approval of Financial Statements
- Appointment of Auditors
- Reports from President, CEO and Councils
- Confirmation of Board of Directors
- Completion of the vote on the Special Resolution regarding proposed By-laws and Articles of Continuance. Watch this important YouTube video for more information.
