Friday, February 15 - Transition to NEW computer system begins
AQHA's database upgrade, tomorrow Friday, February 15, will be the first day of the transition to "going live." Please take the five minutes to watch this video that clearly explains what to expect for the next two weeks, which includes much of AQHA's online member services being unavailable. Routine business procedures in the office will be delayed, but members are urged to call if they need help.
Again, this has been a three-year overhaul of not only AQHA's main database but all of our associated systems. Your assistance during the next two- to three-week period is greatly appreciated. We need everyone to bear with us, knowing that once we migrate to the new database and get the bugs worked out (hopefully those are minimal) we are confident members will ultimately be pleased with the improvements.
You may also experience an increased hold time when calling the office, and it may take a bit longer for a representative to answer questions. We anticipate that delays you may experience during the upgrade will subside as the transition is completed. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences, but appreciate your patience AND SUPPORT as we work to improve AQHA for our members.
