There, we honored our trusted intern, Danny Griffith (pictured above) as well as long time supporters of Grandma's House of Hope, Virginia DePaola and San Antonio's Deacon Doug Cook

Program Highlights

Rescued and Restored Housing Program
This month we say goodbye to our very own Jean, who has gone home to England to be reunited with her family.

Jean came to Grandma's House of Hope after having lived in a motel in Anaheim. Native to the U.K., Jean was desperate to return to her family across the pond. She stayed at Healing House while she recovered from her illness, and got back on her feet. Our staff worked with Jean to obtain her passport and Jean left the program in May to be reunited with her sister.

We will miss you Jean!

Nana's Kidz
Last weekend, Grandma's House of Hope hosted a food packing for the children of Homerun Heroes! Saturday morning, these kids packed over 400 bags for our Nana's Kidz program!

20 sixth grades students from the Anaheim City School District were recognized for their excellence in the classroom and for their commitment to community service. Thank you Homerun Heroes!

Message from the Founder

I am so excited to be opening yet another home for women in crisis. Every bed we add represents countless lives that will change, countless weary heads to rest upon a pillow, countless prayers and seeds to be  sown.

Please join us as we take this empty house and turn it into a home filled with hope, love and compassion.

The ultimate goal of GHH is to offer a loving environment to instill hope for a purposeful life and offer time to heal from the trauma of homelessness. Bless you for your compassion for those of us with complicated stories to tell.

In His Service,

Je'net Kreitner
