Memorial Day Eats: BBQ Beef Sandwiches

It's easy to prepare a delicious barbecue this Memorial Day without having to light a single coal. This finger-lickin' good barbecue recipe just needs a slow cooker or the oven. My BBQ Beef Sandwiches (I have a chicken version too) feature a spicy sweet Oklahoma Barbecue Sauce that's also great on pork and ribs. You'll get more than a quart from a single batch of sauce, and you can keep it refrigerated and it'll keep almost indefinitely!

This is a book about a mother-daughter love... a touching testimony to this close mother-daughter relationship. It is replete with simple recipes that have stood the test of time."
