Easy Last Minute Desserts: Individual Blueberry Cakes

Looking for a last minute dessert? With only 15 minutes of prep time, these little blueberry cakes are perfect for nights you have unexpected guests. Easy to prepare, delicious, and elegant - they're a hostess' / home gourmet's dream dish. If you don't have fresh blueberries on hand, simply substitute frozen blueberries (thaw and drain first!)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
