July is one-hot month. It's also the month of my birth, so you'd think I'd be programmed for extreme heat, but - au contraire, mon frére. This month, our hot topic is cabinets - red cabinets, to be exact...how hot is that?

We're looking for people with interest in design to beta test two great new products we're launching.

A Tale of 2 Cabinets: Go Bold or Go Home

Who says cabinets have to be stained a wood color or painted and glazed in the predictable white, cream or black. Sometimes, stepping out with the greatest risk will bring the greatest reward, like this wall of red cabinetry in a room filled with 19th century styled wood furnishings.

Project:

Design a dining room with some signature wow factor. For their first floor, my clients and I have decided upon a 5th Avenue chic color palette of soft grays, cream and key flashes of vibrant red.
