Please pray about your part in our Fall emphasis called "REACH." It's time to "expand the tent" again @ MV Community. Phase One includes converting the FMC gym into a multi-use auditorium that can seat 400+, parking lot expansion, & "Mission Field" completion (including a pavilion, entryway & lighting). Total cost for this phase is $500k. "REACH" offerings & pledge cards will be received on October 16, 23 & 30.

          The 13-week session began last Sunday, but it's not too late to join in @ 6 pm, in FMC Room 305.  This Christianity 101-like course will help Christ-Followers, especially new believers, learn how to live a life pleasing to the Lord.  It's also for those rusty on the basics, and will equip us with the tools to become a fully-devoted follower of Jesus.  Lessons include how to study the Bible, prayer, sin & salvation, spiritual warfare, praise & worship, Christian fellowship & service, and living & sharing one's faith.  If interested and to sign up, please contact Jim Saine (803.552.2852), Gordon Roy (803.292.0406), or Mike Biddle (803.522.0653), or fill out a Care Card from the pew rack, circle "D" & place in the offering plate.

  

Sept 18-21 David will be preaching at First Church of the Nazarene in Huntington, West Virginia.  Please pray for the Gallimores as they travel and spread the Gospel.
