Diego Uchitel & Rodolfo Martinez shoot Ascension TV Series

Last august the S1 Team moved everything up to Montreal to supply services to NBC Universal's SyFy show, Ascension. Starring and Producing on this show is Tricia Helfer one of Canada's fashion icons.
This Mini TV series Gallery shoots were done by two US based Photographers, Diego Uchitel and Rodolfo Martinez.

Photographer who bought Bowery Building for just $102,000 sells for $55M decades later

Photographer Jay Maisel scored a whopping $55 million for his famously graffiti-covered home at 190 Bowery after paying a minicule $102,000 for the building over four decades ago, according to public records filed with the city.

It's one of the greatest returns on investment in the history of New York City real estate.
