Spring is a busy time at Marian Middle School. All of the girls are looking forward to the overnight trip to Camp Lakewood, our 8th graders are gearing up for graduation, and 24 MMS alumnae will receive their high school diplomas in a matter of weeks. Also, excitingly, ten new students are completing their applications for next year, and it is because of you that these future Marian girls will have access to a quality, private education. For this and so much more, we are truly grateful.

How Sweet It Is!

Ten Pins for Education: May 10th

Join the Young Friends of Marian Middle School for a fun evening of bowling, Friday May 10th, from 7pm to 10pm at Flamingo Bowl. School Happenings: JA Biztown

Thanks to our friends at Citi, all of the Marian girls attended JA Biztown to explore the "working world." Each student had a job for the day, received a paycheck, made financial decisions, paid taxes, went shopping, donated to charity and much more. It was an exciting day for all, as Madison, 5th grade, stated, "Having a job is fun, but I'm tired!"

Graduate Highlight: Cooking up a good time!

A group of alumnae returned to MMS for a college readiness workshop and some culinary fun. In partnership with Operation Food Search, the girls received a lesson on developing healthy habits and how to make a few easy meals on their own. The lessons will be helpful when the girls head off to college in the fall.
